3年ぶりくらいの訪問。何故か無性に食べたくなり…
表はスイーツ店だから、裏サブロン。
席はわずか3席ど極狭店です。
あ、ちゃんとした椅子になってる。昔はビール箱をひっくり返したようなのを椅子代わりにしてたけど笑
漬け汁は甘めで美味しい。懐かしい味。
甘いのは本職がスイーツだからかな？
麺はやわやわ。最近は硬めが主流なので、ここまで柔らかい麺は中々無い。
つけ麺を生み出した「ラーメンの神」の味に1番近いかもしれない。知る人ぞ知る人以外行かない店です。
