ランチタイムのラストオーダー間際に入店。
パスタのランチは、塩辛とさつま芋のクリームソースを注文。さつま芋の甘さが苦手なのでいけるかな〜と心配してたが、そんな不安は早々に吹き飛ぶことに。塩辛のしょっぱさがさつま芋のスイーツ感をいい感じに中和してくれている。
もちろん、クリームソースと塩辛が紡ぎ出す和洋折衷の旨味は、鉄板の美味しさ。最近クリームパスタに和の要素を掛け合わせるお店が本当に増えてるな。いつもより麺が固ゆでで、最後までアルデンテで食べられてよかった！
ピザのランチは、ロマーナを注文。窯で香ばしく焼き上げられたモチモチのピザ生地は、相変わらずの美味しさ。小さめポーションでも満腹感たっぷりの食べ応えだった。
パスタもピザも味は濃いめ。ランチなのでお酒は飲まなかったが、お酒が欲しくなるガツンとした料理が多めな気がする。
