A newly opened flavorless Ramen with a perfect balance of color, aroma, and taste!
Our restaurant opened last year, just a 5-minute walk from Nishi-Nippori Station, and we specialize in Ramen with a light, clear soup that can be enjoyed in any situation! The thin, curly noodles are |
Go to Mr./Ms. "Menya Yoshi" near Nishi Nippori Station. A large Ramen noodle boiling kettle in the store has a wooden tag that says "I'm doing it." The brave word "righteousness" stands out on the wall. This is a Ramen shop Mr./Ms. launched by a deaf manager. Most of the other staff are deaf. When I entered the store, there was a life-size panel of the manager and staff using sign language. The signature products are "soy sauce ramen" and "salt ramen". There were buttons for "Ginger Ramen Noodles" and "Jaw Soy Sauce Ramen" on the ticket vending machine, but today the "✕" mark was on, so I pushed the buttons for "Soy Sauce Ramen 1,000 yen" and "Ajidama 200 yen". When I took my seat, a person who seemed to be the manager came to get a meal ticket. Cooling is self-service with a water cooler. On the counter, noodle boxes of "Asakusa Kaikaro" were piled up. The shop that buys the noodles from Asakusa Kaikaro is often placed proudly in a place where customers can see Mr./Ms.. I wonder if it also serves as PR for "noodles are unmistakable". Ramen soup is a clear soy sauce soup that sparkles. It is indeed a beautiful soup. The char siu has a grilled mark that seems to have been roasted on a burner. It looks delicious. A delicious soup that is really honest. You can see that no colorings, preservatives, or chemical seasonings are used. They use four types of seafood soups. The soy sauce soup is a blend of four types of soy sauce made from Kobe, dark soy sauce from Shimane Prefecture, light soy sauce from Shodoshima, and raw soy sauce made from "sea spirits". To finish, raw soy sauce using "sea spirits" is added to make it flavorful. This completes the golden soy sauce soup. The noodles are chewy and smooth Asakusa Kaikaro noodles. Of course, it is moderately thin and delicious. The length is relatively short and easy to eat. It has a rich wheat aroma. I'm curious about "chin soy sauce" and "ginger ramen noodles". Isn't there lunch?
