いつも週末には行列が出来ていて気になっていたお店です。調べてみると天ぷらが美味しそうなお蕎麦屋さんでした、根津には三件行きたい蕎麦屋さんがありまして、そのうちの一軒です。こちらの天せいろが食べたくなり来店。オープン前に来たのですが、すでに一巡目が埋まり二巡目で入店出来ました。6席しかありませんので、すぐに埋まります。
今日は暑くて喉が渇き、生ビール¥600を注文焼き味噌が付いてきて美味しく飲めます。
お目当ての天せいろ¥2000が来ます。塩も天つゆも来ますので、素材の味を堪能出来ます。旨い！
ミニトマトやアスパラの天ぷらが最高です。
天ぷらを少し味わうとせいろ蕎麦が来ました。
蕎麦もまた旨い…香りと喉越しほのかな甘味…
最高な蕎麦です。美味すぎます。天ぷらも本当に素晴らしい。美味すぎて小天丼¥600も追加してしまいました。こちらにはさつまいもやタラの芽が入っていてまた別の素材で楽しめました。
これは並んでも食べたい蕎麦ですね。
