40代最後の誕生日に妻と利用させてもらいました。
まず驚いたのがワインの種類の多さ。
自分もソムリエ(資格だけ)ですが、お店の規模から考えてこの数は凄いと思います。
メイン料理はおすすめの魚介いろいろトマト鍋を頂きました。
シンプルながら、ボリュームがあって素材へのこだわりが感じられる逸品でした。
自分も永年この業界で働いて来ましたが、お店の善し悪しって、料理の質はマスト条件ですが、そこにいる人も大事な要素だと思っています。
ご夫婦で経営されているようでしたが、自分たちのお店に対する愛を感じます。
そこに集まるお客もまたここがお好きで通っていることを感じました。
いい年になりましたが、とても心地よい誕生日を過ごさせて頂き感謝です。
