千駄木においしいお寿司屋さんがあると聞いて～
駅近だけど、こんなところに？と言う裏通りにある鮨隆さん。

店内は18時でカウンター、テーブル席共に満席！！
ということで写真は無し。
オーダーはおまかせの12貫で7400円！！
まずはの先付けで湯葉豆腐、のれそれから揚げ、ししとう焼き。
満席を回しながら、適宜いいタイミングでの提供。なかなか出来る事ではないですね。
握りスタートで
鮃、金目鯛、鯵、墨烏賊、コハダ、カツオ
カスゴ、白海老、車エビ、大トロ、海胆、穴子、玉子焼
締めに茶碗蒸しとお吸い物。アイスクリームコーヒーゼリーで締め！
印象に残ったのは立派な車エビ。大分佐伯の物。
妥協せず良い物を使っているなと言う印象です。
一品一品丁寧な作りで、好感の持てる接客。
握りはスリークォーター？から変速フォームで握る親方の鮨。
千駄木と言う場所でも大人気なのが分かります。
