素敵なグルメさんに連れていってもらったのが１年ちょっと前。オープンしてすぐだったみたいですが、お味はもちろん、お店は綺麗だし板さんも若いのにすっきりと背筋が伸びていて、それでいて固くない。カウンターの居心地が良くて覚えてました。
ぶらりと千駄木を夫と散歩していて急に思い立って入ってしまったのですがこれが正解。

一緒に頼んだり、別々に頼んだりして二人でざっとこんな感じ。夫は１３品、私は８品。
これにお椀、お新香、デザートのゼリーが付いてます。
どれも絶品で一口毎に無言。旨すぎて会話無し。
特に牡蠣はありえないクリーミーさで初めての味。
いつまでも噛んでいたい墨いか。
炙りった皮の香ばしさがたまんない金目。
こっりこりのホタテの貝柱が散りばめられた濃厚なお味のうにのリゾット。
フルーティないくら。
そしてなぜか「マヨもの」。でもこれはこれで美味しいです。
私より若い大将のお話も気持ちがいい。
「やっぱ旨いがいいねえ。」そう言いながら御会計を頼んだら「あれだけ食べてけっこう御手頃じゃん！」て感じ。（私が飲んでないからか）いやあ、満腹。ごちそうさまでした。
