昨年OPENしたお鮨屋。目黒の名店で12年修行した若い大将の握る鮨はひとつひとつ丁寧で旨い。工夫を凝らした一品料理も豊富で食通にはたまらないお店ではないだろうか。がりと海苔以外はすべて自分で調理しているというこだわりのあるお店です。
前もって金額を設定すれば、その範囲内で色々と食べさせてくれます。
20種以上の一品料理から、刺身、そして握り。何をとっても一級品です。
人数が多くてもテーブルを繋げる等して柔軟に対応してくれますが、週末となると満席で断られることもありますので予約した方が無難です。
