【軽く飲み会したい！のお店】
ビールとピッツァが合うことは分かっていたが、
ピッツァを目指して店に突進するほどのピッツァ好きでもないので、
なかなかこういう石窯の店には足を踏み入れる機会がなかった。
むしろ、ベルギービールの評判につられて入ったような感じだったのが、
ここのピッツァはかなりの当たりといってよい。
まずは「ピッツァ・マリナーラ」（１１００円）をオーダー。
トマトとニンニクとハーブだけの超シンプルなピッツァだが、これが極上の味わい。
生地は私の好きなクリスピータイプで、オレガノなどの効かせ方も本格的なイタリアらしさが感じられる。
これを食べて、ローマのコロッセオ前のピザ屋を思い出してしまった。
生地があまりにもモチモチしすぎていると、イタリアンというよりジャパネーゼな感じがして、
私はそれほど好みでもないのだが、「ＤＡＩ」の皮は適度にカリっとしていて、噛みごたえのあるのがいい。
オリーブオイルもたっぷり使っていて、香りもよいのに、なぜかすっきりさっぱりとしたピッツァ。
あと２〜３枚食べられそうな勢いだ。
人気の「ゴボウスティックフライ」（６００円）はさすがである。
ゴボウそのものの甘さ（甘さがあるんですな、これが）と塩味がちょうどよいバランスで、
新しいおつまみとして注目したい。肉系では、「ポークスペアリブ」（９５０円）がオススメ。
ソースの甘辛加減が食欲をそそり、かぶりついてどんどん食べてしまう。
しかし、何と言っても、ここの良さはビールのチョイスにある。
もちろんワインや果実酒も充実していて、ピッツァに合う自分だけの飲み物を探すのも楽しいのだが、
「リアルハーフ」（９００円）にはぶっ飛んだ。何とギネスとエビスのハーフなのだが、
コク×コクで芳醇なのに、のどごしがここまですっきり系に化けるとは。
調子に乗って３杯である。
魚介系おつまみも充実していて、「サザエとつぶ貝のブルゴーニュ風ソテー」（８５０円）や、
旬魚の蒸し煮なども評判が高いようだ。２人や３人の少人数でも充分盛り上がれるが、
今度は小さな集まりでも使ってみたい楽しい店だ。
