This is a restaurant that serves Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) with red chicken and game chicken. I ordered Suigo Aka Chicken Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl), and my wife ordered Minced Soboro and Yakitori Ju. The reddish yolk in the middle gives an image of Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl), but in reality, even though it tastes rich, there is a bit less chicken, and the ratio of tsuyu to egg is high, which makes it unsatisfying. There were quite a few customers for lunch, and there was only one person cooking, so it was a bit disappointing that even though it was an open kitchen, there was a chaotic atmosphere. I thought the concept of having Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) in a relaxing atmosphere at a large table at the counter was a good idea. Thank you for the meal.
