ずっと行きたかったつむぐカフェ。一度訪れた時貸切営業で振られてしまい、今日は店の扉に満席の文字…
でもお店に入ってみると、まだ片付けていないけど空いている席があって、すぐに入ることができました。
小上がり席があって子連れの方にも優しい、温かみのある可愛らしい店内。
11〜14時はランチセットがあります。スペシャルランチセットは、好きなパングラタンに前菜3種とデザート、ドリンクがセットに。
つむぐパングラタンを選びました。
まず前菜とスープが出てきます。この日はさつまいものレモン煮、大根のバジルソテー、チキンのコーンクリーム煮？。とれも手作りの丁寧な、でもちょっと洒落た感じ。
パングラタンは熱々こんがり。まろやかでコクのあるホワイトソースを絡めながら、こんがりふっくらしたパンを食べました。
デザートのプレーンシフォンも、そしてたっぷりのつむぐブレンドも、酸味がなくスッキリとした苦味で美味しかったです。温めたミルクを出してくれるのもうれしかったです。
雰囲気もお料理も、なんだかほのぼのした感じで、今度は誰かとのんびりおしゃべりしながら美味しい料理を食べに来たいと思います。
