温もりのある地元カフェ。利用客には子連れのママが多く、オーナーとの会話からだとほとんどが常連客みたい。雰囲気的には確かにママ友のアフターヌーンティー、或いは一人様のゆったりした休日に適している。
今日のランチセットの前菜は豚肉の赤ワイン煮込み、コーンとポテトのサラダ、もやしと人参の和え物三点盛り。
前から狙ってた【今月のグラタンパン】は【カボチャとサーモンのパングラタン、ガーリック風味】
濃厚なホワイトソースがベースに、1口サイズに切られている食パンを投入。チーズがたっぷり入っているのでグルグル回しながらソースをつけて食べるのが正解みたいwww具材として入っているカボチャとサーモンもホワイトソースとの相性がとても良くて、幸せを感じる看板メニューです。
ドリンクはなんと全メニューから選択可能www。せっかくなので本日スペシャルの河越抹茶ラテhotを注文。抹茶の香りがよく引き出されており、甘さを中和し、冬にふさわしい一品に仕上げている。
デザートはクリーム付きのシフォンケーキ。柔らかくて美味しかった
