昨年と同じ、根津神社のつつじまつりの時期に伺いました。
なんと、焼きたてシューを10分間だけ手渡しのみの貴重な販売時間まで15分のタイミング。
普通に並ぶと、焼きたて予約OK。近くでお待ちくださいとのこと。
"焼き上がりました！"の声と共に名前を呼ばれ、手渡しで温かいシュークリームを受け取りました。
外のカウンターでいただきます。
まだ温かいサクサクの焼きたてシュー生地と、甘さ控えめのカスタードクリーム。
普通のシュークリームとは別物の美味しさです。
前回もとても美味しく、焼きたてと勘違いしてました。
冷めても美味しいけど、焼きたて10分以内は格別です。
お隣に、こちらのお店の持ち込みが可能なカフェもありました。
