『食べログ そば EAST 百名店 2024』に選出された「蕎心」さんに伺いました。
場所は東京都文京区。千代田線「根津駅」から徒歩２分程のところにありました。
店内は蕎麦屋らしい造りです。入って直ぐ右側は蕎麦を打つエリアとなっていました。
席は１階がテーブル席で２階が座敷です。
こちらは上野「池之端藪」に、神田「まつや」、駒込「総本家 小松庵」で修業された浅見氏が2015年8月にオープンされたお店です。
今回は「もりそば」を注文しました。
10分程で提供されました。
口に近づけた時に蕎麦の香りがしっかり感じられます。
喉越しも良いし、歯ざわりもしっかりあります。
鰹の風味を感じるカエシは強めでキリっとしています。
次回は天ぷらなども食べてみたいです。
