だんだん、行く店がなくなってきました。
本日は千駄木方面へ。
以前から伺いたいと思っていた店です。
肉の質は高いと思います。
ただ、店のコンセプトが、安くて美味しいなので、
セルフのサービスが多く、皿やグラスなども
極力、無駄を省いて使い回しを求められます。
セルフのドリンクは、アルコール飲料に対して、
グラスが一つなので、日本酒もビールも
同じグラス。気になる方は洗ってください、
とのことでした。
コンセプトとシステムは理解できるので、
これはこれであり、だと思いますが、
電話対応、システムの案内にホスピタリティが
感じられず、あまり落ち着いて食事を楽しむ
店ではないようです。
こちらの調査不足でした。
精算にもなぜかかなり時間がかかりました。
早々に切り上げました。
