I made a reservation for 5:30pm on a Sunday. There was no one else in the store yet, so I was the first customer, so I was shown to the counter seat in the corner. This time, I made a reservation for the course to celebrate my birthday. Order menu ・ Tempura course 13200yen -Appetizer -Sashimi Tempura (2 prawns, 3 fish, vegetables) -Meal -Dessert ・Seabas Regal 990yen ⬜︎Appetizer Nanoha dipping? The appetizer included sumiika and prawn Sushi, strawberry white rice, and black beans. It was my first time having strawberry Shirawa with Japanese elements, so I had no idea what it would taste like, but in a good way, the strawberry was not very sweet, so I enjoyed Shirawa's smooth, gentle texture and richness. I was surprised that it went well with the strawberries, making it a meal rather than a dessert. ⬜︎Sashimi I had the flounder sashimi with clear soy sauce. It had a slightly crunchy texture and was delicious. Tempura (2 prawns, 3 fish, 5 vegetables) I was able to have it in 3 types: yuzu salt, Okinawa salt, tempura sauce, and grated. The prawns include the head and tail, the fish are sweet sea bream, cloud eel, conger eel, and conger eel bone Senbei (rice crackers) vegetables are new bamboo shoots, Brussels sprouts, buds, and shiso wrapped in miso? , cod sprouts, and fava beans. Particularly delicious were the various types of fish Tempura though Kumo was Tempura, the firm flesh inside was smooth and not at all bitter.It was excellent when eaten with salt, and I could have eaten five more. Lol lol Sweet sea bream looks beautiful, and the scales? The handstands looked even more beautiful when fried in Tempura, and although the flavor was strong, it wasn't dry and delicious. The conger eel was served with a bone Senbei (rice crackers) and the meat parts of the tail and head, and the bone Senbei (rice crackers) felt like a light snack, and it was very delicious when eaten with salt. The set also came with pickled radish, cucumber, and carrots, and miso soup with nameko and tofu. Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) is small in size and has beans, shrimp, and fish mixed in with a sweet sauce on top.When you hear the word Ten-don (tempura rice bowl), it sounds quite heavy, but the lightness of the batter and the sweet sauce that was applied just right made it so delicious. The compatibility was perfect, and I couldn't help but think I could eat more. Lol ⬜︎Dessert I was wondering what strawberry and Tempura would be like when I saw the Amaou ice cream with sweet potato tempura and red bean paste.Unlike regular vanilla ice cream, the ice cream had a sweet and sour taste from the strawberries, the sweetness of the sweet potato, and the red bean paste. I could really taste all the sweetness and it was delicious in a new way. I was surprised that even though the batter was all thin and it was fried in oil, it wasn't sticky or heavy at all. Personally, this was my first time eating Kumoko's Tempura, and it was really delicious and a new sensation. The shiso leaves and new bamboo shoots were also delicious. I've been wanting to go to Tempura lately, so I was very happy to finally be able to go there. Thank you for the meal!
