千駄木駅から路地を歩くこと数分。
実は、「アンモナイトコーヒーマーケット本郷店」
に、お邪魔したときにいただいた
ガレットブルトンヌがこちらのもので、
そのときにBMして、ずっと行こう行こうと
思っていました。
あれから、10か月。
いつもなら、BMしていても忘れてしまうところですが、
なぜか、こちらのことはずっと頭に残っていました。
そして、以下をテイクアウト。
先に言います。
やはり、こちらの焼き菓子は美味です。
しかも、なんというか、ビジュアルもシズルがあり、
強烈に可愛いです。
１，レモンのケイク
370円
まず全体がレモン型で、その上に、
綿帽子のようにのったレモン風味のグラスが
キュート。
生地には、レモンの皮のコンフィが
入っていて、爽やかな香り。
２，レモンのパウンドケーキ
410円
焼き上がりに、レモンシロップを染み込ませて
いて、しっとりと、しかもレモンのいい香り。
かなり大ぶりで、厚切り。
（写真は、1/4 サイズです。なんと、3/4食べてしまって
から、写真を撮っていないことに気づきました。
家でこういうことは珍しいのですが・・・。笑）
３，バターサンドの皮だけ
4枚入り 300円
バターサンドのクッキー部分だけ売ってと言う声に
答えたそう。
いいですね～～～。私もこれいいアイデアだと
思います。 バターの風味が広がります。
とても気に入りました。
またすぐお邪魔すると思います。
