ベイクショップのサクセションさんは焼き菓子が美味しいので、お世話になった方や友人に会う時は贈答用として詰合せをつくってもらっています。
ケーキ、パン、サブレやフィナンシェが人気商品のようですが、自分のお気に入りは猫のスパイスクッキー。
チャイエキス、シナモン、カルダモン、ホワイトペッパー、ナツメグ、オールスパイスなど沢山のスパイスが入っていて香りが良くとても美味。
詰合せの中にあるチーズ、ペッパー、クミン、ローズマリーを使った甘くないお酒に合うおつまみクッキーも気に入ってます。
すべての商品が丁寧につくられていて、いざという時に頼りになるお店です。これからもおじゃまします。
