あけおめ〜！
新年ということで、食べログ初登場のお店をご紹介。
つーか、お店がオープンしたのは去年の10月みたいけど(^^;
この日は久々に谷根千界隈をブラブラ。
言問通りを下り、不忍通りを歩いていると、見たこともない新店がチョロチョロと。。
こちらのお店もその一つ。
ちなみにイートインは無し。持ち帰りオンリーのお店となります。
メインは大学芋。この日はスイートポテトや干し芋もありました。
また大学芋をチップス風に仕上げた「カリカリ」というメニューもあるそうですが、残念ながらこの日は無し。
大学芋は千葉県産の希少種「小町」という品種を使用。（季節のより品種の変更あり）
最近流行りのネットリ系ではなく、オーソドックスな大学芋といった印象。
それに合わせる自家製ミツは、砂糖・水飴・水・塩とやはりシンプルなもの。
添加物や蜂蜜は不使用。誰でも安心して食べられることを念頭に置いた大学芋というか。。
特別に美味しいというより、普通に美味しい大学芋。
お値段控え目なところや丁寧な接客にも好感が持てました。
次回は国産バターを使ったスイートポテトやカリカリが宿題。
