美味しいです
醤油ラーメン：90点。子供も美味しい美味しいと言って完食してくれた。見た目は普通の醤油ラーメンなんだけど、食欲をそそる魚介系の香り、こってりしすぎず、ちょうど良い塩梅のスープ。刻んだ玉ねぎが良い仕事している。
つけ麺：88点。とても美味しい。つけ汁がかなり自分好み。砂糖とか入っておらず、刻んだ玉ねぎで甘みと酸味を出してマイルドに仕上げている。刻んだチャーシューもグッド！
一之江にあったつけ麺の名店「麺やもも」に似ていると思う。
だけど麺がボサボサの平打ち麺であることが大変残念。普通の太麺や、稲庭うどんのような麺だったら100点満点だったろう。

仕事で錦糸町近くに行ったので、こちらに再訪。
本日はつけめんを注文。
しかし、初回ほどの感動は得られず、前回気になっていたきしめんみたいな麺が、圧倒的につけ汁と合っていないと強く思うようになってしまう。
麺をつけ汁に浸して、5秒以上してから食べないと、麺にスープが絡まず。やはりこのきしめんみたいな麺は不味いな。
つけ汁単体としては、しょっぱめの、酸味を感じる汁。梅が入っているみたい。
チャーシューは、悪くないがやや固めでジューシーさはない。
個人的にはストレートの太麺が良いと思うけど、そうなるとつけ汁としてはしょっぱそうなので、うーん、バランスが悪い商品。
今度行く機会があったら、素直に醤油ラーメンの注文で良いと思われる。醤油ラーメンの評価は変わらず高い
