久々にホテルランチを奥さんと。
お得なメイン二品のランチセットを食べてきました（＾∇＾）
席に案内されてから…レストランで上着預けてかけてもらったのってどんだけぶりだろ…。
おかげでやたら緊張しました。（苦笑）
この日のメインは鶏肉のオイスターソース炒めとエビマヨネーズ。
セットのランチはデザート以外はいっぺんに出てくるので…時間なくてもすぐ食べれていーね（＾∇＾）
あと写真も撮りやすい。（笑）
さて、料理ですが…まずこのエビマヨネーズがとにかく絶品でした。
口に入れた瞬間のソースの旨味と、噛んでからのエビの食感。
甘くてクリーミーで。ふわふわでプリプリで幸せを感じる味。
マヨソースが野菜にも合うので…何食べても美味しかった皿。
これは本当に絶品です（＾∇＾）
奥さんも同評価でした♪
鶏肉のオイスターソースは鶏が柔らかく、エリンギ、銀杏、さやえんどうが食感のアシストをしててこれもなかなか。

これに牛肉とカブの小鉢？
サラダと漬物、フカヒレスープ。←スープも絶品でした
ご飯が付いて、1850円なり。
いつもよりちょっとだけ贅沢（＾∇＾）
食後のコーヒーを付けてデザートタイム。
杏仁豆腐と胡麻のクッキー。
胡麻のクッキーは香ばしくサクサク、柔らかめで甘さ控えめ。
杏仁豆腐は濃厚で、高級感あるプリンに近いタイプ。美味しかったなー（＾∇＾）
たまには少しは良いもの食べないとね。（苦笑）
