三大地鶏として名高い比内地鶏のおいしさを実感できるお店です。初めて食べたときには、その味に感動しました。ただ焼くだけの焼き鳥ではなく、部位に応じた焼き方で食べられるのがいい。胸肉はレア、レバーはミディアムレアなどこだわった焼き鳥が味わえます。
この最高の焼き鳥にふさわしい飲み物も充実していました。日本酒・焼酎・ワイン・梅酒など、かなりの種類がおいてありますから、お酒好きにはもってこいです。
通算６回ほど行っていますが、飽きがこないすばらしいお店だと思います。おしゃれな外観・内装ですから、女の子を連れて行っても喜んでくれるし、同僚を連れて行っても、焼き鳥・酒のうまさを絶賛しています。
