ずいぶんと久しぶりに、丸亀に来た。
蕎麦派なので、うどんを食すこと自体が一年ぶりくらいかもしれない。
おろし醤油うどんにかき揚げ、ちくわ天をチョイス。かき揚げにだけタレをさっとかけて席に向かう。
すだちを絞るとさわやかな香りが広がる。
いつも思うけれど、うどんはもちろん天ぷらも美味しい。
たまに食べるから余計にそう感じるのかもしれない。
かき揚げはボリュームもあってサクサク、ちくわ天は安定のおいしさ。
大満足のランチだった。
