【再訪】錦糸町の優良焼鳥屋

錦糸町の南口から徒歩5分ほど、界隈でコスパと味の良いお気に入りの焼鳥屋さん。
相変わらず火入れ加減が絶妙です。
上から目線で大変失礼ですが、腕をあげられてるなぁと感じます笑
鳥も野菜もネタに合わせて、塩と火の加減をベストの状態に仕上げられており
鳥刺しはモモのもっちり感と、皮目のカリカリ感のコラボが最高。
いつも満足・満腹でお会計。

錦糸町にいて、焼き鳥食べたいな〜となって再訪。
南口からテクテク歩いて少し、錦糸町ならではの喧騒から離れた場所あります。
週末で予約せずでしたが、18時頃で店内はすでに8割ほどのいり、ここぞの日は予約しておく方が安全です。
新鮮な野菜、鶏肉がメインのお店ですが
流石に夏場は刺身系提供されておらず残念。
とはいえ、焼き物のクオリティはさすがです。
お酒の種類も豊富で、どの一品料理を食べても安定感があり、外れが少ないのもこちらの良いところです。
スタッフの独特な距離感も変わらず健在で楽しい時間を過ごせました。

錦糸町に鶏と肴と美酒の銘店発見
錦糸町の南口から5.6分かな、少し歩きます。
駅前の雑踏を抜けて飲食店が疎らになってきた辺りに美味しそうな雰囲気を出すお店が見えてきます。
カウンターは6〜7席、左手のテーブルは3席ほど、
ケースには串モノや旬のお野菜が並びます。
この日は休日だった事もあり、鶏の刺身系や人気の串モノは売り切れ…
とはいえ、どの串モノや野菜料理を食べても素材の良さと火加減・味付けの良さが伝わってきます。
日本酒や焼酎も品揃え良く、メニューに詳細も載ってますので親切です。
バイトの子だと思いますが、嫌味なく懐に入ってくる接客も最高でした！
お気に入りのお店が増えました。
次回は平日の早めの時間に再訪します。

夏場は鳥刺しの種類がないの分かっていますが
いつも行ってみて聞いてみて無いと言われてがっかりしています(笑)
そして、やっぱり野菜が美味しいのと焼き物は火加減・塩加減が良き！
