すんごい厚み(厚さ4~5cm??)とボリューム(｡･о･｡)ﾜｵ
でもくどさは無く、意外とあっさり〜
ひと口にカットされてますが、如何せんドでかいので、お口からはみ出しちゃいました(´>∀<｀)ゝ
マウンテンキャベツの千切りと、ぬか漬け(キュウリがまたドでかいw)出汁の効いたなめこ汁、食後にジャスミン茶と杏仁豆腐がサービスされます。
なめこ汁がほんと美味しくて、お隣の席の方が色々聞かれてましたが、亀戸から取ってる赤味噌と白味噌のブレンド、出汁は昆布と鰹節とのことです。
厚みがあるので揚げるのに時間がかかりますが、ワンオペでされてるご主人も、元気が良くてテキパキと動かれてました(*^^*)
