タイトルについて、インドカレー店にあまり興味の無い人は「当たり前じゃないか」と考えるかもしれません。
確かにインドカレーは大抵スパイシーで間違いなくエスニック
また日本のインドカレー屋の大半はネパール人が働いていることも有名です
ではどういう意味か？というと、日本にあるインドカレー店の中でも
・日本向けにした構成にしている店
マサラはターメリック主体で、とろみがある日本のカレー風
ふっくらとしたパンのようなナンを提供
サービス旺盛な店員さん（ナンノオカワリ、デキマスヨ）
・エスニック寄り
マサラがターメリック主体でない
マサラが水っぽい
ナンをそこまでふっくらさせない（低発酵）
良くも悪くも店員が自由
辺りがあるのではないでしょうか。
この店はどちらかと言うと後者寄り
カレー（マサラ）はチャツネの味わいが濃くフルーツソースのようでした
ネパールの方が運営しているので、
モモ、パコダ、ククリラムがあるのは嬉しい所。
むしろそちらの方を目当てにした方が良いかもしれません。
