東京東部に住んでいるとやたらと目にする生駒軒の文字。食べログには、生駒軒全店制覇を目指す猛者もいるようです。生駒軒のれん会なるものもあるようで、もともとは人形町の生駒軒からののれん分けだそうです。だから、城東地区に多いのかも。
歩いて15分の扇橋生駒軒に、休日の昼飯で訪問してみました。
清洲橋通りの裏通り。住宅街のど真ん中にあります。
日曜午後一時半、先客2組。
店内は、カウンターが四席程度に、6人がけのテーブル二つ。四人がけのテーブル二つ。すべてブルーのソファシートっつうのが、個性的。
絶対チャーハンと決めていたのに、五目焼きそばの誘惑を捨てきれず注文。
小気味よい中華鍋の音を聞いていると、ものの五分で提供。
まずは中華スープ。透明感のある澄んだ味！化調ベースですが、美味しい！中華スープは、店によって出来がまったく違って、好みが分かれる名脇役。これが、タイプだと通いたくなります。
五目焼そばの餡は、オイスターソース濃いめ。
麺も具も多めで、食べごたえあります。
麺が見えないほど、餡がかかってくるので、麺は最後まで熱々です。
オジさんも、オバさんも愛想よくて、いい感じの町中華。
次回は、チャーハンでリピ決定です。
