その理由は生駒軒が一大組織だから。
系列といえばいいのか、
同じのれんの元にいるといえばいいのか。
ラーメンでいえば家系みたいなもんか。
町中華にも系列ってあるんだな。

生駒軒といえば、どこで食べても
安心の美味、という保証はない。
その辺りは各店の器量による。
半チャンラーメンを注文。
あまり期待はしていなかったが、
その期待は裏切られていない。
予想前後のラーメン。

その正体は油。
経験したことのないオイリーな仕上がり。
“半”でよかった。
家系ラーメンみたいに、油少なめが言えたらいいのにな。
