森下駅から徒歩5分ほどの町中華、中華やさんに伺いました。昼時ではありましたが、店内はすべて相席にも関わらずほぼ満席、スタッフの方々もバタバタと忙しそうに動いていました。
BS-TBSでやっている「町中華で飲ろうぜ」でも取り上げられたようで、ポスターやサインが飾ってありました。
・五目チャーハン
程よくパラパラ感がありつつ、お米一つ一つはしっとりと仕上げられていて、町中華のお手本のようなチャーハンです。チャーシュー、ネギ、玉子、グリーンピースと定番の具材に、うずらの卵とカニのほぐし身も入っていて、少し贅沢感があります。
しっかり旨みもあり、とても美味しいチャーハンでした。
・まとめ
森下の大人気町中華に伺いました。回転はものすごくいいのに、ひっきりなしにお客さんが来るので、だいたい満席でした。常連さんたちがたくさんいるお店なのだと思います。
近くにあったらそりゃ行くだろうなと思える、最高の町中華でした。
