ここ江東区森下で中華料理店を開業したのが昭和5年。当初は中国人シェフがいました。戦時中、空襲を逃れて疎開していた時期もありますが、商売はずっと続けてきました。ふりかえれば90年近くの年月が経ちます。今の店主で4代目。 |
