この日もお蕎麦が食べたくなって、こちらの蕎麦屋へ。
訪問したのはお昼時、来ているのは近隣の会社務めの方達でしょうか、ほぼ席は埋まっていました。
中は太い木の古材が目を引く造りになっていて、広くは無いけれどとても落ち着いた印象です。
夜に来たらもっと雰囲気が良さそう。
“揚げだし茄子のひき肉あんかけ丼セット”（820円）
少し時間が掛かって出て来た蕎麦は、良く冷水で締めてありますね。
コシも強くなかなか良い蕎麦。
熱々の挽肉餡掛け丼は、味の染みた茄子も入っていて美味しいが、個人的にはもう少しとろみがあった方が好み。
もっと言うと挽肉では無く豚バラスライスの方が良いかな。
締めの蕎麦湯はさらさら系。
接客も丁寧ですし、カレーせいろとか、他にも気になるメニューも有るからまた来てみようと思います。
