Visited around 13:00 on weekdays. The store has 30 to 40% capacity, mainly for one person. I sat down and looked at the menu, but since the daily specials were not listed, I ordered the "Shredded Pork Stir-fried with Chinese Miso" that I had remembered from the sign outside. I looked at the menu while waiting, and everything looked cheap and delicious. The food arrived in about 5 minutes. Shredded pork stir-fried with Chinese miso is piled on top of shredded cabbage. Having vegetables made me feel less guilty and I didn't get bored. The taste is miso-flavored with a hint of sweetness, but it's also delicious with rice. Soup and pressed vegetables are normal. The rice was a bit large, and I was full by the time I ate the almond tofu for dessert. It was cheap, plentiful, and tasted delicious. It was an adventure to taste it for the first time, but it was a hit. There are many other menu items so I would like to try them.
