平日11時、JR両国駅東口を出てすぐ。
先客様3名、スタッフ2名のオペレーション。
この規模の店舗にも関わらず、この店舗は口頭注文
たしか、馬喰横山の店舗は券売機があったと思う。
紅生姜天そば480円を注文。
お蕎麦を茹でるので少々お待ち下さいとの事だが、すぐに配膳。外見シンプルな装い。
お蕎麦は生蕎麦、細くて喉越し抜群。
茹で麺が好きな私には少し物足りないか…
しかし流石にこの蕎麦は、立ち食いそばに革命を起こした生麺を注文してから茹でるスタイルの元祖。
お汁は品のあるお出汁、天ぷらもカラッと揚がってる。
