みなさんご存知の味ですよね。
牛丼チェーン店の中では吉野家が一番好き。といっても、年に一、二回しか行かないんですが。
今回は味のレビューというより私的食べ方のご紹介。
ネギ玉に味噌汁とお新香。
玉子は黄身と白身を分けず、溶かずにそのまま丼の中央へ。
そこへネギをのせてから、ご飯と牛と一緒に軽く混ぜます。
仕上げは七味。
吉野家の七味は唐辛子が少なく、香り重視（だと思っている）。これが大好きなので、たっぷりと掛けてから実食。
お新香には醤油をかけずに紅ショウガをたっぷり乗せて、混ぜたものを口直しに摘まみます。
吉牛、たまに食べると満足感高し。
