両国で昼ご飯
今回は町中華にした。
四川料理の楽蜀坊へ行った。
四川風味の回鍋肉か麻婆豆腐を試して見るつもりだった。
店は正午前だったので未だ空いていた。奥の席でランチメニューを眺めているうちに久しぶりに炒飯を頂いてみたくなった。ただし定食のようにミニサラダが付けばなんだが。
ホール担当のお姉さんを呼んだ。日本語があまり通じない感じだ。
少し戸惑たがランチのエビ炒飯にはミニサラダは付くのか尋ねた。
半ラーメンはセットでつけることができるというような返答に感じた。
私は半ラーメンはいらないのでミニサラダを代わりに付けて頂けないかとお願いしたつもりだった。
お姉さんは、ミニサラダが食べたいのか？いいよ分かったというアクションをしてオーダーを通した。
暫くして料理が運ばれて来た。お盆の上にはこんな料理が並んでいたんだ。
炒飯、半ラーメンにそしてミニサラダ。
お姉さんはランチサービスの半ラーメンの代わりにではなくて、ミニサラダを追加してくれたんだ。お姉さんありがとうございます。
炒飯にはエビの他に細かく刻んだ野菜が見える。ご飯の色からすると塩味のようだ。
半ラーメンは具はモヤシでそして麺。シンプルだ。ミニサラダはキャベツベースだが色々入っている。
ではベジファーストでサラダからいただきましょう。
５分間しっかり生野菜を頂いた後に炒飯を頂いた。
パラパラとしっとりの中間の食感であっさり味の炒飯だ。
ラーメンは時間が経ってしまい麺が伸びてしまった。ラーメンを頂く場合はベジファーストのやり方はではおいしく頂けないのが分かった。
スープは悪くはなかった。刻みネギがもう少し欲しかった。
支払いがどうなるのか気になった。
ランチのエビ炒飯800円に半ラーメンセットプラスミニサラダで1100円位かなと予想していた。
結局ランチのエビ炒飯料金800円だけだった。これはお得感大だ。お姉さんありがとう。
この店は四川料理店なので機会があれば計画していた麻婆豆腐か回鍋肉定食を試して見たい。
