本日は両国でお仕事のため、錦糸町で下車し久々に『ゆで太郎』さんにお邪魔。麺が細いので食感はイマイチ。かき揚げは揚げたてでしたが、油の質が気になりました。全体的には美味しくいただきました。
店内清掃は『小諸そば』ニコライ坂店を見習って下さい。
