◇佐市麺＋生牡蠣◇
一気に冷え込んで冬到来な気配。
こんな季節は牡蠣だよなとこちらのお店へ。
日曜の開店10分前の到着でポールだったのだが、開店するとあっという間に10席のカウンターは満席、待ち列もできていた。
なかなかの人気店のようだ。
ラインナップはチャーシューが載ったらぁ麺、チャーシューの代わりに牡蠣が３粒載った牡蠣・拉麺、両方載って味玉も付いている佐市麺と、それぞれのつけ麺バージョン。
汁麺の佐市麺にサイドメニューの生牡蠣を２個付けて購入、久しぶりの生牡蠣を堪能しながら待つこと数分で着丼。
豪勢に盛られた具をかき分けてスープをひと口。
先に生牡蠣をいただいているので強烈な牡蠣のパンチというほどではないが、牡蠣の旨みをしっかり感じられるミルキーな白湯スープだ。
麺はモチっとしてコシのある軽く縮れた中太で、濃いめのスープと相性がいい。
具は牡蠣３粒とチャーシュー２枚、味玉１個に細切り海苔、刻みねぎ、かいわれ、糸切り唐辛子。
豚肉のチャーシューはホロホロと美味く、味付玉子は濃い色の黄身がゼリー状でほどよい味の滲み具合。
白飯にも合うだろうな、と思いつつ食了。
具沢山で満足感は高く、牡蠣が３粒入っていると思えばコスパも悪くない。
再訪時にはつけ麺もいただいてみたいと思う。
