オーナーが岩手出身という事で、地元の門崎和牛や醤油を使用と食材へのこだわりを感じます！
実はこのミートコンボ、3年程前に、とんねるずの石橋貴明さんが訪れ実食！美味しいと評価頂くも更に改良を重ねた逸品として知られている（YouTube貴ちゃんねるず東京アラートラン企画で登場！現在127万回再生されている）
来店時のサインやお写真も店内に展示されているので、チェックしてみるのも面白い
