厳選されたお肉を使用したインパクトのある盛り合わせ。炭火でじっくりと焼き上げられたお肉が串刺し状態で登場、店員さんが目の前でお肉を外して盛り付けてくれる。和牛、豚、バッファローチキンの3ピースそれぞれの特徴を堪能できて、特に岩手県産の門崎和牛はその柔らかさと深い味が際立ってる。

炭火で焼きあげられた海老と豚バラの組み合わせは食感のコントラストが面白くて、しその香りがアクセントになってる。食べやすく、お酒のおつまみにもぴったり。
