土曜日の18時半に訪問しました。
予約での訪問でしたが、店は満席に近い状態です。
☆宝山プレミアムコース☆シャトーブリアン含むお肉のみのコース！
を注文しました。
まずは特選タン元と極みハラミステーキ
特選タン元はミディアムレアでいただきました。
このお店での最初のお肉でしたが、一口食べて勝利を確信！笑
厚さ２センチはありそうな極厚タンなのに、めちゃくちゃ柔らかくてジューシー。
ハラミステーキは店員さんにカットしていただきました。
柔らかさ、ジューシーさ共に今までで最高クラスの美味しさです。
本日の赤身肉２種はウワミスジとミスジでした。
表面に焼き色がついたら、即取り上げていただきます。
最初の２品で期待感は最高潮でしたが、こちらも期待を裏切らない美味しさ。
口の中でとろけます。
本日のスペシャル肉はシャトーブリアンの耳でした。
シャトーブリアンの端っこについている部位になります。
店員さん曰く、シャトーブリアン本体よりもスジが多いそうですが…
表面を焼き固めていただくと、「ん？スジどこにあるの？」というのが正直な感想（笑）
全く硬さを感じない、とても美味しいお肉でした。
味噌ダレに漬け込まれていたので、白米との相性がバッチリ！
続いて焼しゃぶサーロイン。
こちらは大根おろしとポン酢でいただきます。
本日一番のとろける食感です。
口いっぱいに脂の旨みが広がり、幸福感に包まれました。
そして最後はシャトーブリアン。
人生初シャトーブリアンです。
店員さんに全て調理していただけました。
テーブル備え付けの網で焼き目をつけてから、オーブンで中までじっくり火を入れます。
やはり、一番手間をかけていますね。
オーブン調理が終わると、焼き上がったお肉を運んできて、目の前でカットしていただきました。
テレビでよく見る、外は焼き色がついていて中がピンクの、あのお肉です。
塩とわさびの味付けでシンプルにいただくと、
あまりの美味しさに思わず笑いが込み上げてきました。
赤身が多いので肉の食感や旨みがダイレクトに感じられるのに、
噛み切りづらさが全くなく、今までに食べたことのないお肉の食感です。
その日の帰り道はシャトーブリアンのことしか考えられませんでした笑
