休日のランチです。
この日は2年ぶりに娘との食事会です。
何食べたいと聞いたら肉との回答(笑)
選択したお店は錦糸町駅南側にあるこちらのお店。
事前に食べログ経由での予約した上で訪問。
怪しげなビルのB1です
入り口には巨大な牛さんの顔。
OPENの12:00に訪問、先客2組、後客3組くらいかな。
日曜のお昼ってこともあるのであまり込み合いませんでした。
まずは自分はハイボール、娘は生中。
こちらステーキハウスかと思っていたのですが、
基本的には自分で肉を焼くスタイルの焼肉屋さんだったのですね。
つまみにサラダってことで、シーザーサラダオーダー。
お願いしたお肉は、
極みハラミステーキ150g 2,380円、
上ひれ100g 1,880円、
ラムチョップ2本 2,680円
ハラミはスタッフの方が目の前で焼いてくれます。
じっくりを火を通しつつレアになったら出来上がり。
溜まり醤油とわさびでどうぞってことですが、
わさびだけで充分うまかったです。
やっぱハラミは欠かせない。
ラムチョップはお店の厨房で焼かれて提供。
極めて柔らかく癖がない。
上ひれは前面をやけとの指示。
ちと火を入れすぎちゃった・・・
100gだとちょっと少ないかな。
途中でライスもお願いしたんだけど、
肉がおいしいから、ご飯のおかずにするのがもったいない(笑)
おかずがなくなったので、マルチョウ990円だったかしら・・追加
柔らかい！
なんとか白米食べきれました。
お酒は自分が3杯、娘は2杯。
お会計は二人で\13,000くらいかな。
ちょっと酒の単価が高いのが気になりますが、
お肉は抜群、接客も抜群！
気持ちよくご飯がいただけました。
