【2019/03/28】 蔵 みそら屋
錦糸町北口のタワービュービル通り沿いにある古民家をリノベーションして日本酒の居酒屋。
お昼のメニューは4種。時間が遅かったのか5種のおばんざい定食と贅沢御膳は品切れだった。
さばの味噌煮定食 900円
白米、五穀米、味噌汁はお代わり自由。
さばの味噌煮は信州味噌、西京味噌、広島白味噌の3種の味噌で仕上げているらしい。
それに加えて、東京と長野の味噌を使った日替りの２種の味噌汁も付いて来る。
ここは味噌煮に拘っているお店のようだ。
味噌汁は出汁が効いていて美味しい。
どちらかと言えば長野の味噌汁が好み。
夜に来ると色々な日本酒と凝った料理が頂けそうな店だった。
