この日は２軒ハシゴしたんですけどね、まずは一軒めを紹介したいとお思います。
【藏 みそら錦糸町店】さんに行ったんです。
ここは味噌料理がメイン。産地いろいろなみそを使った料理や日本酒が楽しめるお店です。
結構混むので予約した方が無難ですね。予約は強いです。
席に通されてまずはビール。
これは必ずですw
そして頼んだメニューは
味噌チーズ漬け
ポテサラ
肉味噌の炙り焼き
のり塩ポテト
唐揚げ
です。どれも味噌を隠し味に使っており、本当に美味しい。特に唐揚げはふっくらとしており、これはおうちご飯のいい勉強になりました。
ポテサラはやっぱりビールのお供に最適ですよねw
味噌チーズも麹味噌が周りを纏い美味しかった。
とにかく全部美味しいです。
そして最後は日本酒に…。
飲み比べの醇タイプを選んだのですが、口の中でふわ〜っと香る日本酒の香りが素晴らしい。特に好きだったのは大七かな〜。これはかなりしっとりとして何度も飲んじゃいます。
そんなこんなで食べまくりまして終了。
とっても美味しかったです。
店内も和風の雰囲気満載で落ち着く〜。
また利用したくなるお店です。
