錦糸町駅から徒歩0分、オフィスビルの地下にあるこちらのお店。土曜のお昼となると、さすがに利用する人が少ない。
時節柄、空いている方が入りやすいというのはあるけれど(^^;)
ランチメニューの看板に「明太子が食べ放題」と書いてある。
単に明太子が食べたいだけでなく、感染予防対策の中、どうやって提供するのだろうと興味もあって入店。
一番人気となっていた、ごまブリ定食を頼んだ。
豚汁にご飯、冷奴そして明太子が小皿に乗り、ごまブリが出された。
たっぷりのすりおろしごまとやや甘みが入ったタレでまぶしてある。ブリの下にはさらし玉ねぎ。
ブリの断面を見ると、さくごと漬けにしていたものを切り分けているようだ。
玉ねぎと一緒にブリを頂く。
ごまの芳ばしさと甘辛なタレが相まって美味しい。ご飯が進む。
何気に豚汁も美味しくて、これのお代わりが欲しいくらいだ。
明太子を食べ終わり、店員さんに声をかけると別の小皿で明太子を持ってきてくれた。
こうして一つずつ提供するのも大変だな、と思いつつ完食。
これ、オプションでだし茶漬けにするっていう案はないですかね？
