Today's drinking party: Drinking alone on the way home from work on the weekend. Strolling around Kinshicho in search of Sumida Ward's PayPay campaign. For the second place, we visited this restaurant, which has a wide variety of yakiton and Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) menu items. Cabbage Tsutsutsu (280 yen): Roughly chopped cabbage and rich red miso. Fresh mustabetsu and miso go well together. Motsu stew (440 yen): Shiro stew in miso, but topped with pickled ginger. The rich miso stew is accented with the spiciness and sourness of green onions and pickled ginger. Liver (sauce) (180 yen): A relatively refreshing sauce. It was delicious with a crunchy surface and a nice texture. Tantoro (salt) (180 yen): Tender and juicy. The meat juice and salt went well together and it was delicious. Kashira (salt) (180 yen): Springy and juicy. Once again, the gravy and salt went well together and it was delicious. I had a vice sour (set 500 yen, medium shochu 250 yen) and a cup of chuhai (350 yen). I forgot to take a photo, but there is also a blackboard menu with a wide variety of menu items. It was a feast.
