錦糸町、両国朝散歩で、朝食を天かめさんを訪問。
券売機は、お店の外と中にもあります。
そして、店内は、テーブル席のみで、
少し年期が入っていますが、広々としています。
食券を出してから、ゆで時間もあり多少待ちます。
盆を丼に箸を取り、自分の好きな席に着きます。
頂いてみると、
１．そばは細切り生蕎麦で、食感、喉越しも良いです。
２．適温のつゆも、あっさり系でも、良きかつおだしです。
３．小海老の天ぷらは、見た目のよく、しっとりと揚がっています
もっと、小ぶりかと思っていたら、氷山の一角で
かなり厚みのあるかき揚げです。
食べする進めるとそのボリューム感が分かります。
うまく、つゆに天ぷらの脂のアロマが広がり、
濃厚な旨味の蕎麦に変わっていき、満足いく朝蕎麦になりました
両国は有名蕎麦店があるなかで、少し駅から離れていますが、
平日 朝7:00一番だとゆったりとしていて、良かったです。
