都営新宿線森下駅A1すぐに本場讃岐うどん製麺所が有ります。沿線で近くに有るのですがネットで見つけて初来店しました。
入り口で食券買うスタイルです、かけうどん中に天婦羅1個、食券買うと調理場では分かる用で直ぐ出ます 。
いりこ出汁風味が良く美味しいです
讃岐の本場は知りませんが、出汁は大変美味しいけど温度は以外とぬるい、本場でもそうなのか？もう少し熱い出汁で食べたかった。
自分が食べる時来たお相撲さん、三玉をアッと言うまに食べて先に帰りましたwww
