JR及び東京メトロ半蔵門線 錦糸町駅北口。
都営バス「横川三丁目」停留所付近にある「イタリアン ダフィーロ」は、2017(平成29)年5月17日に開店した。
この日はラストオーダーギリギリのタイミングで入店したのだが、ほぼ満席に近い状態であった。
カジュアルな雰囲気だからなのか、わざわざ錦糸町駅から歩いてくる程なのだから人気があるとみえる。
今回は“ランチA”を選択。
こだわりの野菜のサラダ、自家製パン、本日のパスタ、デザート、コーヒーが付いたセット。
本日のパスタとデザートは三種類の内から選ぶ。
“手打ちショートパスタ トレディータ～鶏肉と大根のミートソース～”
“ガトーショコラ ミルクジェラート添え”を発注した。
また、コーヒーと明記されているが、紅茶を選択するのも可能だ。
代表が農家や漁港に出向き、最高の材料を取り揃えるため、“サラダ”は瑞々しく、そして中から【じゃがいも】や【かぶ】等、見た目にも遊び心がある粋な演出。
また、“自家製パン”はふんわりと、そしてモチッとしたパンであった。
“パスタ”は、鶏肉と大根、それに絡むソースが上手くマッチングし、塩及び胡椒が効いた美味なパスタであった。
“ガトーショコラ”は、チョコレートの旨味とムースのようなふんわりとした【ジェラート】が添えられていた。
