車が停まってた場所を改装して客席が広くなっていたね。

「すみだ珈琲」に行った後で訪れました。

お店は明るくて清潔的。うどん店だからか客層は助成率がやや高い印象。

分讃岐うどんあ季 時譚さんのうどんはダシがシンプルによくてしっかりとうどんとの絡みが程よくて
食べるたびにもっと食べたくなる病みつきレベ...
そんなに時間もかからず運ばれてきました。
麺はとてもコシがありツルツルです。
つけダレの出汁はカツオがガツンときます。
醤油が濃いかな？少し塩っぱ目ですね。
もう少し薄口の方が個人的には好き。...
