1号店が半分くらいの客入りで、三密対策で入店を拒否され、代わりに案内された2号店。
2号店はこの日が初訪問。
ハコとしてはそれほど大きくはないが、ホルモン焼き屋としてはキレイな店内で店長もスタッフも1号店よりもフレンドリーで居心地が良い。
他にお客さんもいなかったこともあろうが、いきなり上タン塩を1皿サービスで出してくれた。
『1号店でお世話になっているので』と仰っていたが、なんとも太っ腹なサービスである。
1号店と2号店ではほぼ同じメニューを揃えるが、ネギ塩シリーズと、ラムロースは2号店だけの提供とのことだった。
まずはハイコスパの”厚切り牛タン”これはここに来たら必須メニューだが、こちらではタン元だけでなくタン下と呼ばれる独特な食感の部位も提供してくれる。
軽くレモン汁をつけ、ガーリックチップと青鬼（青唐辛子とネギの調味料）をのせて食べるのが最高。
次にラムロース。
綺麗で鮮度も高く、クサミも強くなくて美味しい。これもオススメ度高し。
板ハラミも抜群のインパクト。大きさも味も文句なし。
実にユニークだったのが、新登場と銘打った”バジルホルモン”
例によって丁寧でキレイに下処理されたホルモンをオリーブオイルとバジルに漬け込んだもので、ホルモン類は全てこのバージョンでオーダー出来る。
取り敢えず”3点盛りホルモン”をこのバージョンで。
ホルモン自体にクサミがないので、バジルの風味がとてもよく効いている。
これは目から鱗な食べ方だ。クセになりそうだ。
初めてトライした”牛スジ煮込み”も味付けがピリ辛で、根菜類も柔らかく煮こまれていてとても美味しかった。
ドリンクは二人で、生ビール、男前シリーズ、金宮ボトルを一本空けて、それでもお会計は10,000円アンダー。
財布にも優しく、味もお腹も満足。
私的にはこれからは1号店じゃなくて駅から少し距離はあるが、2号店の方に通いたい。
